We will be playing a rare public gig for a very worthy cause on July 18th and we'd love to see you there.
As many of you know, a few of us went to Oberlin College and a classmate of ours, Pritham Khalsa, is fighting a courageous battle against a very aggressive form of blood cancer. So, we are joining with several other artists to perform at a benefit concert to raise badly needed funds to help defray her massive medical bills.
The event will take place at The Delancey (168 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002, P: 212- 254-9920) on Manhattan's Lower East Side on Wednesday, July 18th. Doors open at 7 PM, and the Dexter Lake Club Band goes on at 9 PM.
Tickets are available at the following link, which also contains lots of other information about Pritham, and her fight against cancer:
http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/songsforpritham (buy links are in the "Pledge Plus" section on the right side of the webpage)
Basic tickets are $30.00 and those grant you admission to the concert + a few download of songs by some of the other talented acts on the bill.
VIP package #2, which is $50, includes admission for, the download, and BBQ from the Delancey's rooftop grill.
VIP package #2 is $75 and comes with admission, the download, and two hours of open bar (from 7 PM-9PM).
VIP package #3 is $100 and includes everything: admission, download, dinner and the two hours of open bar.
You can purchase tickets online via credit card or paypal, and, even if you can't make it to the concert but would still like to help, you can donate to her fund on the same page as well.
Unless you want to crash a wedding, this is likely the only chance to see us live this year!
Please email with any questions, and hope we'll see you on the 18th, thanks.
